1.GENERAL INFORMATION
The State Conservatory of Adana offers both licence and master degrees.
The aim of the conservatory is mainly to bring a high level to the music area and to create artists who will perform on stages with confidence. Mentality of the school is to educate students with strong technical aspects and with aesthetic quality in instrument playing.
With the good proven teaching staff , Cukurova University Adana state conservatory is educating students to be the artists of future. The graudated students are finding jobs easily in the symphonic and chamber orchestras as instrument players or as singers and stage artists in operas and theatres.The very best of them are joining to the teaching staff of our school or other conservatories or finding positions at music schools.Some of them are representing our education system and high quality standarts in abroad or possible to find some extraordinary scholarships all over the world .
The directorate of Adana State Conservatory is looking future with great hope and wishing to have better conditions at the school to be one of the best schools in Turkey in musics and instruments teaching area.In recent years the music institutions demanded better education and required high quality musicians. We believe that it could be possible for our school to graduate students in this direction. By the way our physical conditions as building and studios for also teaching and working are enough for having better results. All the staff of the school is connected to work hard and having.

MASTER PROGRAM WÝTH THESÝS
Students work toward a 30-credit-hour Master of Arts(M.A.) degree.All students take courses in their main instruments, chamber music and other courses complete a master’s thesis.The program is designed to advance performing and the careers of lecturers.Graduates are employed by symphony orchestra , opera house and instractor.

Course Description : It is a high level continuation of the licence degree of conservatory programme.Student has to learn the advanced literature of main instrument (*). The most important function of this lesson is to work them and interpretate on stage.Because of this reason student has to give a recital at the and of 2nd term.
(*)It means the different instruments at all branches.(For example if the main instrument of the student is violin this term will only refer to the violin.)
